For small businesses, agencies & sales teams
Your pipeline, your projects,
in your own words.
Cadovi is a CRM and a project manager in one. Pick your industry and every label follows — customers become patients, clients or members; projects become jobs, matters or care plans. Same software, your vocabulary.

One setting, twelve vocabularies
A CRM that stops making you
translate your own business.
Generic CRMs make a law firm call its matters “projects” and a clinic call its patients “customers.” Cadovi asks once, in Settings → Industry, and then the whole app speaks your language — nav, forms, reports, even the pipeline stages and the quote your client receives.

PIPELINE STAGES
Everything in one place
The CRM half and the
get-it-done half, together.
Most teams run a CRM for the pipeline and something else for the work that follows a signed deal. Cadovi holds both, so a won lead becomes a customer, a job, a task list and an invoice without anybody re-typing it.
Pipeline & kanban
Seven stages from first contact to won, as a drag-and-drop board or a filterable table — whichever you think in.
- Filter by status, source, owner, tag, value, close date
- Stage stepper, comments and activity per lead
- Table view for the people who want a spreadsheet
Flexible boards
For the processes a CRM has no opinion about. You pick the columns; twelve types, edited in place like a spreadsheet.
- Status, date, people, currency, progress, checkbox…
- Rows carry real tasks that show up in Tasks and the calendar
- A board can belong to a customer or a job
Tasks & subtasks
Assignees, priorities, due dates and subtasks, linked back to the lead, customer or job they belong to.
- My / Team / Due today / Overdue views
- List or kanban layout
- Due dates land on the shared calendar
Projects & jobs
Status, budget, progress, timeline, team and a task checklist — attached to the customer who is paying for it.
- Shows on the customer record and in reports
- Comments and a full activity trail
- Budget against progress at a glance
Quotes & invoices
Send a quote, the client opens a page with no login, pays through your payment link and accepts or declines with a note.
- Public accept / decline / pay page per document
- Accepting flips the status and notifies you
- Stripe marks it paid automatically
Bookings
Publish a booking page, embed it on your own website, and let people take a slot that your database guarantees is free.
- Confirmation email with a calendar invite
- Reschedule and cancel links for the visitor
- Each booking creates a lead and a task
Automations
Rules that run in the database, not in a browser tab. Won lead → customer. New lead → follow-up task. Quiet lead → chase it.
- Fires whether or not anyone is logged in
- Every attempt logged with a reason
- One broken rule can't roll back your edit
Reports
Win rate, conversion funnel, revenue pipeline, tasks completed per week, leads by source, team performance, industry mix.
- Built from your live data, no setup
- Job and project status breakdown
- Per-person performance without a spreadsheet
One search box
⌘K from anywhere searches leads, customers, jobs, tasks, boards and invoices at once, grouped by type.
- Arrow keys to move, enter to open
- Finds an invoice by its reference
- Equally usable with a mouse
Undo that means it
Delete a lead by mistake and you get about ten seconds. The row comes back with its original id, so everything pointing at it resolves again.
- Subtasks return with their parent
- Confirm dialogs count the real consequences
- “3 tasks will be kept but unlinked”
Notifications
Assignments, due dates, comments and status changes, with an unread badge in the top bar. Your client's reply lands here too.
- Per-user, not a firehose
- Email sends from your own domain
- Owner notified when a quote is accepted
Roles that hold
Owner, Admin, Manager, Member, Viewer — enforced by the database itself, not hidden buttons. Viewers are read-only everywhere.
- Row-level security on every table
- Workspaces share nothing with each other
- Run more than one business from one login
Automations
Your rules don't need
somebody logged in.
Most small-business automation lives in the browser tab, which means it quietly doesn't happen. A lead that arrives through your website form at 11pm gets no follow-up task. Two tabs open fire the same rule twice.
In Cadovi the rules live in the database and fire on the data change itself — at 11pm, on a Sunday, with every browser closed.

The side your clients see
Four public pages you
don't have to build.
A CRM that only faces inward makes you bolt a website onto it. Cadovi already publishes the pages your clients actually touch — and none of them need your client to make an account.
/i/<token>
Quote & invoice page
Your client opens a link, reads the document, pays, and accepts or declines with a message. No login, no PDF attachment.
/b/<slug>
Booking page
Pick a time, get a confirmation with a calendar invite. Embeddable on your own site with two lines of HTML.
/f/<workspace>
Lead capture form
A public form for your website. Submissions become leads tagged “Website” and trigger your automations properly.
/portal
Client portal
Clients sign in with a magic link — no password — and see their quotes, invoices, appointments, job progress and a message thread with you.
Built so a client can't see too much
The portal shows a list,
not a filtered view.
A portal built by widening permissions is one missed rule away from a client reading another client's deals. Cadovi's portal names every field it returns, so what's absent is absent by construction.
- Never visible: deal values, pipeline stages, internal notes, other clients, staff conversations, draft quotes.
- Revocable: withdraw a contact's access from the client record and it's gone, immediately.
- A client is not a tenant: a portal sign-in never becomes a workspace of its own.

Responsive usually means the columns stack and you pinch-zoom to read a pipeline. Cadovi replaces the views that can't work small instead of shrinking them.
- The pipeline becomes a stage picker. The month calendar becomes an agenda. The task board becomes a list.
- Bottom tab bar with a central quick-add sheet, dialogs as bottom sheets, real touch targets, safe-area insets.
- No page scrolls sideways — and the test suite asserts it, so it stays that way.
Day one
It doesn't hand you
a wall of empty states.
A five-step welcome wizard asks for your name, your industry, your lead sources and your currency, invites your team, and can seed a handful of clearly-labelled example records so you can see how it works before you type anything real.

Questions
The things people ask first.
Both, deliberately. The gap most small businesses fall into is between winning the work and doing it — a CRM for the pipeline, a separate tool for delivery, and a person re-typing the details in between. In Cadovi a won lead becomes a customer, a job with a budget, a task list and an invoice, and every one of those still points back at the lead it came from.
No. The industry preset changes wording only — the underlying statuses and fields never change, so nothing is migrated and nothing can be lost. Switch from Construction to Legal and back again, or override individual labels by hand if you only disagree with one of them.
Yes, on Business. Each workspace has its own clients, pipeline, team, industry wording and billing, and they share nothing with each other — you switch between them from the sidebar. Useful if you run two trading names, or an agency plus the venture you're incubating.
Not for the things they do once. Quotes, invoices, booking pages and your lead form are all public links with no sign-in at all. The client portal — where they can see job progress and message you — uses a magic link, so there's still no password for them to forget.
It goes read-only, not away. You can still open everything and export your leads and customers to CSV. And a card that simply fails doesn't lock you out — Stripe retries for days, and locking a business out of its own CRM over a declined payment is not a collections strategy.
Yes. Verify a domain you control, put Your Business <hello@yourdomain.com> in settings, and quotes, invites and booking confirmations send as you. Until a domain is verified, the settings panel says plainly that client mail will not arrive — rather than showing you a cheerful “Sent.”
Separation is enforced in the database with row-level security, on every table, rather than by the application remembering to filter. Roles work the same way: a Viewer is read-only because Postgres refuses the write, not because the button is hidden.
Cadovi runs in your phone's browser, and it was designed for that rather than merely surviving it — bottom tab bar, a quick-add sheet, dialogs as bottom sheets. Nothing to install, no app store, and your crew doesn't need a separate login.
Leads and customers import from CSV, which covers most moves. If your current setup is tangled — custom fields, half your pipeline living in a spreadsheet — migration is part of Enterprise and we'll do it with you.
